My Approach
My approach is deeply influenced by polyvagal, attachment, psychodynamic and systemic theories. These frameworks help guide my work in fostering connection and support for self-exploration. I also draw on Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Compassionate Inquiry approaches to therapy, and I use trauma-informed practices. Together, we will work towards increasing your ability to integrate and understand your experiences so that you can choose your next steps forward, whether that is improving or developing coping skills to increase your well-being and navigating life, healing from past experiences and trauma or developing strategies and skills to achieve your goals.
